Founded in 2017, our company is a multinational enterprise that integrates architectural decoration construction and design. Our business scope covers renovation, design, smart home systems, fire protection, mechanical and electrical systems, new materials, soft furnishings, and other related fields. Guodian has won 112 professional awards in the industry and holds 5 patents. It is recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and a National Trustworthy Enterprise, and has been rated by clients as a “Contract-Honoring and Credit-Worthy Enterprise” for five consecutive years.

 Since its inception, Guodian has aligned with national policies to deliver high-quality projects, while specializing in the interior design and renovation of hotels, luxury residences, and chain brands. In 2018, it officially became a strategic partner of Haidilao and China Film Group; in 2019, it undertook the Kremlin Conference Center project at Huawei’s Shenzhen headquarters; In late 2020, the company was awarded the contract for the Museum of the History of the Communist Party of China and China’s largest and most technologically advanced cinema. In 2021, due to the pandemic, the company officially entered the Southeast Asian market and achieved notable success. It has continuously expanded its partnerships with clients and is steadily growing in countries such as Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Tao Yongqiang

Founder

      A graduate of the Department of Project Management at Tianjin University of Technology, he has worked in the interior design industry for over 20 years. Since 2017, he has focused primarily on the restaurant interior design niche, overseeing the design and construction of Haidilao restaurants from the ground up. He completed the renovation of 17 restaurant locations totaling 2,000 square meters in just one month, with the majority receiving an A-grade rating. In 2020, Guodian officially expanded overseas, investing in companies and serving markets in Vietnam, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, and other countries.

       From the very first day he founded Guodian, Tao Yongqiang has pursued the ultimate in overall aesthetic appeal. His firm belief in a people-centered approach—one that delights those nearby and attracts those from afar—is deeply ingrained in Guodian Decoration’s DNA. By comprehensively considering factors such as color, materials, spatial layout, lighting design, decorative choices, acoustic control, safety and civility, and environmentally friendly construction—and by prioritizing the client’s needs—we create commercial spaces of greater value.

A graduate of the Academy of Arts & Design at Tsinghua University, he has received honors including Outstanding Young Interior Architect, National Outstanding Interior Designer, Master of Spatial Art, Top 20 Restaurant Designers, and National Outstanding Villa Designer.

      Design Philosophy: Unlocking the brand’s inherent potential and shaping spatial culture. Using the brand’s culture as a framework, design as a medium of expression, and commercial communication as a means to serve this environment, we enable different spaces to realize their maximum commercial value, perfectly illustrating how spatial art participates in and drives the evolution of brands and product categories.

Niu Minqiang

Chief Designer

A National First-Class Construction Engineer with 24 years of experience in the architectural and interior design industry, I specialize in detailed design for projects such as offices, restaurants, hotels, and large-scale public buildings. I have organized and participated in the detailed design for numerous projects that have won national awards and the Luban Award. My detailed design work systematically integrates functionality, innovation, sustainability, and user-friendliness.

Gao Zhiqiang

Head of Overseas Projects

A graduate of Hubei University of Technology, he has long specialized in interior design projects for the Guodian Overseas Restaurant Group, gaining an in-depth understanding of the sector’s core needs and key design priorities. He helped Haidilao expand into the Philippine market and oversaw the interior design of Haidilao’s first and second locations in the Philippines.

     Through years of practical experience, we have accumulated extensive expertise in design and construction, enabling us to provide clients with professional renovation services and ensure that every project perfectly reflects their vision and style.
      With a meticulous approach and innovative thinking, we are committed to improving the quality of our renovation work and customer satisfaction, making us a service partner you can trust.

Liu Tingkai

Head of Overseas Projects

A graduate of Beijing Jiaotong University with a degree in Engineering Management, he holds a Class I Construction Engineer certification. As of 2011, he had 13 years of experience in project management, helping clients expand into overseas markets. He has overseen the renovation of Ji Mao Jiu—Tai Er Suan Cai Yu, Haidilao, and Ba Wang Cha Ji restaurants in Malaysia, Thailand, and Hong Kong, China.

Hu Qiangfeng

Chief Engineer

With over 20 years of experience in the engineering field, he possesses solid professional knowledge and extensive practical experience, and is passionate and dedicated to engineering management.

      In 2017, the company focused on the restaurant renovation niche, serving as the chief engineer and undertaking projects for multiple restaurant chains, including Yanshe, Guan Ye Jie, Haidilao, Banou, Tai’er Pickled Cabbage Fish, Zhao Yiming Snacks, Bawang Chaji, and Zheguo No. 1. Through meticulous planning and scientific management, the team I led earned high praise from clients and recognition within the industry.
      As an engineering manager, I fully understand the importance of teamwork. I am skilled at bringing out the best in team members, assigning tasks based on each person’s strengths, and fostering a positive work environment. I regularly organize training sessions and technical exchange activities to enhance the team’s overall technical proficiency and comprehensive capabilities.
      I will continue to uphold a professional, responsible, and innovative work ethic, constantly improve my management skills and professional expertise, lead my team in taking on more challenges, and strive to deliver more high-quality projects.

Engineering Manager

He graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in Architectural Engineering and has worked in the interior design and renovation industry for over 20 years, managing projects such as hotels, office buildings, and office space renovations.

      Since 2019, I have been primarily responsible for general contracting projects in the restaurant sector, including major projects such as Haidilao and Jiumaojiu-Tai’er Pickled Cabbage Fish. With extensive experience, I am committed to providing high-quality services to both the company and our clients.

Liu Hailiang

Business Manager

I graduated from Dalian University of Technology with a degree in Engineering Estimating and worked as a project manager for two years. Since 2017, I have been pursuing a career in business and cost management, where I have developed a deep passion for and thorough understanding of cost management. I draw on my solid professional knowledge and extensive practical experience.

      I am committed to providing precise cost control solutions for engineering projects, ensuring that every project is delivered to a high standard while staying within budget.

Cheng Jiaqing

Project Manager

He graduated from the Department of Construction Engineering Management at the China National Open University and entered the interior design and renovation industry in 2004, where he has worked for over 20 years.

      In 2018, I worked as a project manager specializing in restaurant renovations. For my first restaurant project, despite a 7-day delay in the early stages, I ultimately delivered the project to the client 10 days ahead of schedule, earning the client’s recognition and an “A” rating.
      I began managing projects in Vietnam in 2022. During my two years abroad, I executed multiple food and beverage projects valued at over 10 million RMB, all of which were recognized and approved by the client.
       From the very first day I took charge of engineering projects, I’ve had my own standards for renovation project management: striving for excellence in craftsmanship, continuously improving, constantly innovating, and aiming to be the best in the industry—all while ensuring that schedule, cost, quality, and service are top priorities for every client.
