1123 square meters, 103 tables, 60 days to deliver - Guodian has helped Haidilao open another food stall
On June 15th, the Haidilao Guangzhou Store No. 15 (located at No. 161, Linhe West Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou) - a seafood stall-style outlet constructed by Guodian Architectural Decoration - officially passed the inspection. Spanning 1,123 square meters with 103 dining tables, it was delivered in 60 days.

This is not the first time that Guodian has undertaken the innovative store format of Haidilao. In December 2025, Haidilao's first "night market hot pot" opened in Wanda Plaza, Panyu, Guangzhou, adopting a night market stall-style layout, self-picking and self-service model, and a pricing system based on the number of dishes. The business hours were extended to 3 a.m. the next day. Since then, this model has been rapidly replicated in cities such as Shanghai, Qingdao, Wuhan, and Shenzhen. As of mid-June 2026, nine stores have been opened nationwide. The Guangzhou 15th store delivered by Guodian is an important part of this expansion plan.
How did we achieve this?
- Prefabricated production. The food stall style requires a large number of customized grilles, seafood pool frames, and food preparation cabinets. Guodian completes prefabrication in the factory and transports it to the site for assembly. Traditional carpentry work that takes 30 days can now be compressed to 5 days. The factory controls precision to the millimeter level, and on-site assembly is as simple as "building blocks".
- General contracting management. Party A does not need to interface with dozens of departments for design, construction, fire safety, and construction application. Guodian handles everything from obtaining the construction permit to the fire safety inspection for business opening. Party A only needs to review the progress report once a week, reducing internal management friction by 70%.
- Efficiency-driven. The Guodian team optimized the table layout, adjusted the area ratio between the kitchen and the front area, and restructured the circulation logic, resulting in a 26% increase in store floor efficiency after the renovation - the number of tables increased from 81 to 103, and the table occupancy rate decreased from 13.7㎡/table to 10.9㎡/table.

Why can we achieve this? The key lies in "being able to control". Leading brands like Haidilao have extremely strict requirements for suppliers. In the cooperation framework signed between Guodian and the client, construction site management norms, quality acceptance standards, performance evaluation systems, and node acceptance procedures are clearly stipulated. The Guodian team strictly adheres to these norms, ensuring that every construction site can withstand the dual inspection of the client and the shopping mall.
Meanwhile, Guodian has established internal process specifications that far exceed industry standards. For kitchen waterproofing, we adhere to the "two coats and one water test" standard, with a 48-hour water test; for the smoke exhaust system, we select models based on peak air volume, not average; for concealed works, we reserve a 30% margin for wire current-carrying capacity and increase the diameter of drainage pipes by one size.

These process requirements are stricter than those specified by the client - we always set higher standards for ourselves than our clients. During project execution, the client has a strict acceptance system for key milestones, which fundamentally ensures the smooth delivery within 60 days.
If your brand is also planning for new store expansion or store type innovation, Guodian can help you turn your ideas into reality. Whether it's a food stall style, a late-night snack shop, or a standard store, we have a mature delivery system and rich practical experience.
